Delivery charge:
Free shipping on orders of $600 or above for Hong Kong,
Free shipping on orders of $1500 or above for Macau.
Orders under $600 will be charged $40 for shipping cost for Hong Kong or $100 for Macau.
Goods will be delivered by SF Express (Hong Kong and Macau).
We recommend customers to contact SF Express or visit the SF Express website in advance to find out the actual business hours of the pick-up point.

If you choose the SF Express Station Pickup service, please follow the steps below to pick up your package at a SF Express Station:
• When the order is shipped, the package will be attached with a tracking number. Customers can track the package and check whether it has arrived at the SF Express station of your choice.
• SF Express will contact customers via SF express APP.
• Customers are requested to pick up the parcel within three days after being contacted by SF Express. Goods not picked up after the deadline will be returned to our company. Our customer service department will contact the customer to arrange for re-delivery, but additional shipping costs will be required.
Delivery time:
After the order is confirmed, the goods will be sent out within 5 working days (working days do not include Sundays and public holidays). If the product is not in stock, the delivery time may be extended and our customer service will contact the customer.
The delivery service is provided by SF Express.
The delivery time depends on SF Express's arrangement, usually 2-3 working days after sending (Hong Kong area)
If customers have specific delivery conditions, please contact us.
Confirmation email:
After the purchase is completed, the system will send a confirmation email to the customer (customers who pay by bank transfer, FPS or PayMe need to wait until the company confirms that the payment has been received). The company will start the ordering and delivery procedures. Please check whether the purchased products, delivery method and delivery address are correct. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately.

Track your order:
Our company provides customers with tracking services to ensure peace of mind when shopping. Customers can track their shipment through the “Track my Order” link on the confirmation email or by entering the tracking number in the email at the link below.

Item cannot be delivered:
If the goods cannot be delivered (including but not limited to incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempt by postal personnel, mail being refused or no one signing for it, or unclaimed goods being returned by the courier), they will be returned to the Company. We will then notify customers via email and arrange for re-delivery. Customers are required to pay for the shipping and handling fees for re-delivery of the goods
From the moment you place an order, you are responsible for any risk of damage or loss of the product during delivery (including delivery delays, damage to the box during delivery, loss or accidental theft, etc.). Our company is not responsible for any such risk.
In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right to make the final decision.
